The online purchase procedure is very simple. The first step is to register on the portal and then to choose the date in which you want to go skiing or go up to Piani di Bobbio for a trip. To finalize the purchase it is compulsory to choose the type of ticket and to add your credit card number. At the end of the purchase procedure, the system will automatically send you an e-mail for confirmation that you will show to the help desk of Barzio in order to get your tickets, if you have bought traditional skipass. If you have recharged your open pass card, or if you have bought cable car ticket, you can directly go to cable car, wthout passing form ticket office. For further online purchases, you do not need to register again on the portal because your personal information will be automatically saved by the system.
It is possible to buy online daily or morning skipasses, tickets for family, return tickets and one way up/down tickets for the Barzio cable car and recharge Open Pass card. All tickets (daily/morning/family tickets) are already including the way up and down with the cable car. For each type of skipass and/or ticket, it is possible to choose your age range: adult/junior (13-18 years old, born from 1999 to 2004) senior (over 65 years old born from 1952 and back) child (0-12 years old, born from 2005 and on) and also students.
When buying your tickets online – daily, morning or family tickets - you can decide if you want to include the Snowcare insurance with the extra fare of € 3. For this reason, ticket prices listed on the website are not including this Snowcare insurance.
Yes, it is possible to buy more tickets (even if they are of different typology) in a single transaction.
Yes, for each skipass/ticket category it is possible to choose between different age range:
- adult
- junior (13-18 years old – born from 1999 to 2004)
- senior (over 65 born in 1952 and back)
- child (0-12 years old – born from 2005)
- students
Prices are changing according to the age range listed above. You can be asked to show an ID card at the help desk in order to check the information saved during the online purchasing. Students will have to show their university card. It is also possible to buy cable car tickets for babies (0-5 years old).
Skipass/tickets for weekend have higher prices than the ones for working days. We consider as weekend days:
- every Saturday and Sunday
- December 8th 2017
- Christmas time: from December 26th 2017 to January 7th 2018
- Carnival time: from February 10th to February 18th 2018
- Easter time: from March 31st of March to 2nd of April 2018

No, refunds are not expected, with the only exception of the impossility to use the sky plants due to the technical reasons, bad weather conditions or any type of service reasons communicated by the staff.
If you bought working day-tickets, you will be able to use them in other working days dates during season 2017-2018. Although, if you bought weekend tickets, you will be able to use them during whatever day of season 2017-2018 –both in working days or in weekend days.
Family plan Baby Sprint includes 2 adult skipasses and one skipass kid (0 - 12 years old) free, Family plan Junior includes 2 adult skipasses and one junior skipass (13/18 years old) half price. Family plans are available only for the members of the same family.<br>With family plans you can add skipasses for other sons (Kid 0-12 years old or junior 13-18 years old) at half price. When you buy online Family Plan, we ask you name, surname and age of every member of the family. When you pick up skipasses in Barzio, we can ask you the documents of every member of the family to check datas.
If you reloaded a Keycard/chipcard you cand go directly to the slopes, unless the product you bought requires other information.
If you did not have Keycard and ordered this online, you'll need to go to the ticketoffice to pick this up.
